Information submitted through forms
When you submit the Contact or Free Cleaning Quote form, the information you provide is securely stored so Aida can review and respond to your request.
The forms ask only for information needed to understand and answer your inquiry. Required fields are identified before submission.
Optional quote photos
The Quote form can accept optional photos. Uploaded files are stored with your quote request and made available to Aida through secure links.
Do not upload images containing people, personal documents, keys, alarm panels, access codes, passwords, financial information, medical information, or other sensitive details.
Notifications and access
Submission notices are directed to [email protected] so Aida can follow up using the contact details you provide.
Submitted information is accessible only to Aida and authorized site administrators. It is not shared with advertising platforms, payment processors, or customer-management services through these forms.
Retention, access, and deletion
The website does not currently apply an automatic deletion schedule to submitted information. It remains stored until it is no longer needed or is manually removed.
